Project Engagements

The majority of our client work involves joining a client team to create dynamic models that address and answer specific business questions. We work closely with our clients to define issues, formulate model structure, and collect/analyze associated data.

Lexidyne then uses our technical expertise to build a dynamic model based on the project definition and the relevant data that has been collected. Finally, Lexidyne provides the client with detailed documentation, model results, output analysis, and strategic recommendations, as well as training in the use of the model on an ongoing basis. Most projects take between 2 and 6 months to complete.

Although our Lexidyne team has experience in a wide variety of industries across various functions, the majority of our client work falls within the following categories:

Data Analysis

Lexidyne also specializes in formatting, analyzing, and ultimately disseminating key findings from various data sources for our clients. This process often involves putting disparate data into a user-friendly database format, as well as reporting on the strategic insights gained from our analyses. Although such activities are often coupled with the subsequent creation of a simulation model using the Dynamic Modeling framework, some client teams request our technical and data analytic skills as a stand-alone engagement.

Content/Technical Training

Lexidyne's experience in certain functional areas and in particular industries allows us to create customized workshops specific to an industry or business function. These workshops delve deeply into specific content as can be applied by a particular interested client team or group. In the past, our Specialized Content Workshops have focused on:

For clients interested in learning the technical implementation of the Dynamic Modeling approach using commercially available simulation software, Lexidyne can provide 2-3 day end-user training sessions. These seminars focus on the use and creation of models using one of the following software packages.
