Corey Peck

Principal Owner

After almost 20 years as a dynamic modeling practitioner, Corey is an expert in numerous model-building software packages and has wide-ranging experience in model design, creation, analysis, and dissemination. Along with other members of the Lexidyne team, Corey was honored with the 2010 Jay Forrester Award for their work, Pharmaceutical Product Branding Strategies: Simulating Patient Flow and Portfolio Dynamics (Informa, 2009).

Corey started his career with High Performance Systems (now isee systems), a leading dynamic modeling consultancy and the developers of the STELLA/iThink software. Since leaving High Performance Systems, Corey has gone on to found two highly successful dynamic modeling consultancies. During that time, he worked extensively as an independent contractor for McKinsey, where he developed a variety of models, many of which resulted in direct publication or inclusion in other works. While at Lexidyne, Corey has developed over 20 dynamic market models for various pharmaceutical and biotechnology firms in the areas of forecasting, strategy development, and clinical trial design for various compounds in a variety of indications.

Corey is a frequent guest lecturer at the University of Colorado, Colorado College, and MIT. His current focus is developing new and innovative ways of teaching dynamic modeling concepts and training prospective dynamic modelers to build more effective simulations using the skills he has honed over the past two decades.

Corey holds a BA magna cum laude with distinction in Economics from The Colorado College.
