Steve’s client work typically involves the design, development, and dissemination of dynamic models. In recent projects, he has applied dynamic modeling in a diverse array of topic areas, including strategy design, personnel management, finance, marketing analysis, and process-improvement. Chris’ experience is strongly centered in high tech businesses, including positions 
at Agilent Technologies, Hewlett-Packard, and International Business Machines. Over the past 10 years, Chris has held senior leadership positions in Sales, Marketing, Operations, and General Management with profit and loss responsibility. Chris has held functional leadership positions with business responsibilities over $300M, and General Management for businesses over $40M. Chris has specialized in building and developing teams, as well as leading teams to generate sustained, profitable, double-digit growth. Chris has extensive global experience, including leading global businesses as a General Manager, Operations Manager, and Marketing Director. Sam Guasta
Sam possesses strong technical and statistical proficiencies, in addition to a deep 
comprehension of the behavioral sciences. His work experience spans a diverse cross section of industries from traditional IT support in educational, legal, and banking spheres, to technical consulting for small businesses, to software development for entertainment and corporate application, to non-profit program evaluation in the public school systems. Sam joined the team in 2008 and continues to leverage his unique combination of education and work experience under the Lexidyne banner.
